With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this custom home on 30 acres near the Ruby River has a fireplace, flat screen tv's, ceiling fans, a professional kitchen, a wet bar (you have to bring your own liquor!), tile floors and unparalleled views. The master bedroom has it's own flat screen tv, a king-sized bed as well as an on-suite bathroom with a 2 person shower. Outside there is a BBQ grill, a double garage and a full porch.

With the proximity to the river, birds of all varieties are in abundance...so bring binoculars and enjoy the wildlife...furred, feathered and hooved!
